Community Action Partnership – This emergency Pennsylvania rental assistance program is for those who live in Lebanon County. Their mission is to help those who may be facing eviction as a result of a disruption in their income. To qualify, you have to meet the income guidelines for the area, and submit all the necessary documentation. The documentation that you will need to submit includes a signed lease, documentation regarding the rental payments you are behind on, a recent tax return, and a copy of your identification.
